Sample Confirmation

Physical samples are completed within 3 to 10 days and dispatched via express delivery for your hands-on verification. Sample fees are fully credited back on your initial production order.

Contract & Deposit

Finalize material specs, unit pricing, lead times, and commercial terms. Upon signing the Proforma Invoice (PI) and remitting the 30% deposit, factory production commences immediately.

Production Tracking

Maintain complete visibility with weekly high-resolution photo and video updates from the workshop floor, allowing remote monitoring of assembly, finishing, and quality milestones.

Inspection & Shipping

A comprehensive factory quality report is issued following final inspection. Third-party inspection agencies are welcome. We manage vessel booking, customs clearance, and container loading.

After-Sales Support
